Trey comes to Southern Trial Counsel │ PLC from a well-known Alabama firm focusing its attention on banking law, commercial litigation, and commercial loan workout and restructuring. His practice at Southern Trial Counsel │ PLC will continue to reach a variety of subjects with a particular emphasis on defense litigation in the areas of commercial law, insurance defense, and products liability.

Trey gained valuable experience in law school through participation in the John A. Campbell Moot Court Competition and selection for the Karen LeMoreaux National Environmental Law Moot Court National Team. The environmental competition afforded him the opportunity to present oral arguments before panels of Federal Judges and Environmental Protection Agency Administrators in one of the largest moot court competitions in the country, held each year in White Plains, New York.

Trey was heavily involved in the law school’s clinical program, eventually serving as Clinic Fellow. Through his work in the mediation clinic, Trey became eligible for listing on the Alabama Bar, Center for Dispute Resolution list of qualified mediators. Trey is admitted to practice in the State of Alabama and before various federal courts.He passed the Florida Bar Exam and is currently awaiting out-of-state processing of his application.
